Cardicis3 will be selecting, funding and implementing ICT based advocacy, education and accountability projects related to Haiti's Reconstruction.
- The Cardicis3 meeting held in Santo Domingo in June 2010 was sponsored by Union Latína, Funredes and Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie. Cardicis3 will seek those and new partners to implement its projects.
- Cardicis promotes awareness of the Caribbean's linguistic diversity in Caribbean development and solidarity. Cardicis3 was launched at the third Cardicis conference held in June 2010 in Santo Domingo. Cardicis3 applies Cardicis principles to Haiti's reconstruction in the aftermath of the January 12, 2010 earthquake.
